Seriously! Last year went by so fast I still mistakenly write 2021 for the dates in my journal.
Hello friends, I hope you are happy, healthy and thriving. I want to wish you and your loved ones Happy New Year 2022! How was your 2021? To be honest, mine felt like this:
The saying goes, “New Year, New Me”. But I’m sure many can relate when I say meh, not this year. I just want to feel better. Do better. Maybe take it easy on some days.

We, have been through a LOT for the past 2+ years and I think it’s safe to say that we are still adapting the changes and uncertainties happening. For me, the sudden pang of panic washed upon me when I realized I am nearing 30 years of age than 20. I am entering my late twenties. Yay!
Anyway, here are among many things I wanted to do more this year:
1. Improve gut health
2. Workout for the mind first, body second
3. Less impulse buying
4. Make new friends
5. Practice gratitude mindset
